- Permanent roles, Guaranteed Hours – We are proud that every Hilton colleague works on a permanent contract of employment, with guaranteed working hours. We understand the importance of having a balance of work and life, so our flexible model offers varied shift patterns, both full and part time; supporting both the needs of our patients, and our Partners in all areas of life.
- Share Scheme – The most important and unique benefit of Hilton is that all our colleagues are ‘Partners’ in the business. This means colleagues share personally in the growth and success of Hilton. Right from the start, we were set up as a Partnership Model, meaning that after working continuously for HNP for 1 year you gain ‘share options’ within the company.
- Benenden Healthcare – Hilton are delighted to offer a subsidised private health cover through Benenden Healthcare. By accessing this cover through Hilton, our Partners benefit by sharing the cost with Hilton, and by having day1 access to make claims. This is a unique benefit in our sector, providing 24/7 GP access and private hospital treatment for a variety of conditions/surgeries.
- Mental Health First Aiders and Support – We take all aspects of our Partners health seriously, and offer access to fully trained and qualified Mental Health first aiders, in addition to external Occupational Health specialist support.
- Company Pension – Hilton offer all colleagues access to a Pension plan after 3 month’s service. The current contributions are: 5% employee, 3% employer.
- Paid DBS, Uniforms and higher-rate Business Mileage – We offer higher-rate paid business mileage of 45p per mile, in addition to a paid uniform (a variety of clothing choices, based on personal preference) and a full DBS check as a part of your conditional employment offer, and thereafter.
- Long Service Recognition – Hilton are proud to have our Partners continue their careers with us for many years. In celebration of this, additional holiday days are added after each 2 years of complete service.
- Hilton Heroes – We celebrate our ‘Hilton Heroes’ across the organisation, and at all levels; with nominations sharing examples of behaviour that demonstrates each of Hilton’s values, shedding light on some amazing instances of how the Hilton values are lived and breathed – from acts of kindness or going the extra mile for patients, families, colleagues and the wider community, both in and outside of work. The top 3 nominations are rewarded with a token of recognition, a values badge and a certificate. Hilton partners proudly wear these badges on our lanyards.
