Days – 4 Days on – 4 Days off – 12 Hour shifts (8am – 8pm) – £19,231 pa
Nights – 4 Nights on – 4 Nights off – 12 hour shift (8pm – 8am) – £22,524 pa
Hilton Nursing Partners are very excited to be setting up our services of “Discharge to Assess” and our “Home to Decide” model in the Chelmsford area and are looking for Community Care Support Workers to create a brand new team to implement our Outstanding CQC rated services.

We provide an assessment service and personal care to patients who have been discharged from Hospital. Hilton understands and promotes that recovery is best in your own home. We are not a timed service as person centred care is at the heart of everything that we do. It is important that all our staff members (known as partners) have an input as working as an overall team is key and helps to develop and improve the patient experience.
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals, who want to make a different to patients lives. You don’t need to have had experience of health and social care, but you do need to have compassion and a positive attitude.

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and develop to meet challenges.
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the organisation.
- Needs to have a current driving licence and own car
