The role of IT Administrator is pivotal in supporting front-line care staff in the delivery of high-quality care to patients in their own homes. The IT Administrator will ensure IT equipment and software used by care staff is optimised to enable them to provide our patients with quality person centred care.
The IT Administrator will be the first port of call for IT Support. You will provide high quality training, operational and technical application and systems support across the company. You will aim to minimise the adverse impact of incidents and problems on the business and seek to prevent the recurrence of any such incidents.
The IT Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the IT support desk and ensuring the end user receives an outstanding customer focused service. This is achieved by providing expertise in areas including application/software fixes, tuning, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, project deployments, support, documentation of standards and procedures for the administration and maintenance of all supported environments. The postholder will be a confident communicator with staff, who will have varying levels of IT knowledge, and with external providers.
