Hilton Nursing Partners Joins Carers and Parents Advisory Group to Enhance Stroke Services.

Hilton Nursing Partners is proud to announce its invitation to join the esteemed Carers and Parents Advisory Group (CPAG), a key component of the Integrated Stroke Delivery Network. This significant opportunity arose following a productive meeting with The Stroke Association, aimed at exploring potential collaborations to further enhance our stroke pathway service.

During the meeting, both organisations discussed innovative strategies and shared their expertise on improving stroke care and support in the community. The outcome of this meeting was a mutual agreement on the importance of integrating comprehensive services for stroke survivors, leading to the invitation for Hilton Nursing Partners to join CPAG.

Ann Taylor, CEO at Hilton Nursing Partners says: “We’re excited to contribute our knowledge and support to CPAG. With our extensive experience supporting people to recover and get back their independence through our community stroke pathway, our involvement will bring a service perspective to the table, ensuring that the needs of stroke survivors and their families are met with the highest standards of care and compassion.”

As a member of CPAG, Hilton Nursing Partners will play a vital role in shaping the future of stroke services within the Integrated Stroke Delivery Network. It represents a significant step forward in efforts to enhance stroke care and delivery of holistic support to those affected by stroke.

Hilton Nursing Partners looks forward to this new chapter of collaboration and service. “We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of stroke survivors and their families, and our involvement in CPAG will enable us to extend our reach and effectiveness in achieving this goal.” Ann concluded.
