Very proud to announce that Alison and Holly have brought two awards home to Hilton Nursing Partners after winning the Innovator and Nurse Care Awards at the Kent Care Awards.

Judged on the innovation, commitment, and examples of excellence in Nurse Care and Innovation, Holly and Alison were recognised as winning entires. Alison Worsfold, head of health, quality and clinical governance received the  Innovation Award and Holly Dalton, Home 2 Decide lead nurse won the Nurse Care Award.

Sponsored by Kent County Council the event was attended by Cabinet member for Adult Social Care and Public Health, Graham Gibbens, and the newly appointed corporate director for adult social care and health, Penny Southern. 

The Annual Care Awards celebrate the work carried out by carers and care companies in Kent. The awards provide a chance to reward those people who have simply delivered something awesome whilst recognising the Kent care sector as a whole showing appreciation and recognising the good work everyone does day in day out, year after year.

Working with the NHS and Social Care Commissioners Hilton Nursing Partners successfully deliver safe, timely and supportive hospital discharges, patient assessments and patient recovery programmes via nurses, therapists and nurse led personal nursing assistants with a proven track record in freeing hospital beds, as well as reducing re-admissions and on-going social services support.
