Hilton Nursing Partners are so proud to champion mental health, especially in the workplace. Here at Hilton we are keen to develop and enhance our staff skills and expand to further support our colleagues in any circumstances.

Hilton is committed to supporting and educating people about mental health awareness, and is proud to have four highly qualified and experienced mental health first aiders to help achieve this!

Our mental health first aiders come with a breadth of knowledge and experience, and will support our colleagues with resources, awareness and signposting.

As part of our commitment to mental health support, Hilton Nursing Partners have trained and deployed a team of Mental Health First Aiders within the organisation.

These individuals have undergone specialised training to offer empathetic listening, support, signposting and guidance to anyone in need. The Mental Health First Aiders are readily available to provide a confidential and supportive space for employees to express their concerns and offer signposting to appropriate services when required.

We all have times when life gets on top of us – sometimes that’s work-related, like deadlines or travel. Sometimes it’s something else – our health, our relationships, or our circumstances. (mental health foundation)
