What is Hilton Wellbeing Service?

Stronger and more independent by exercising at home

Our wellbeing services takes out the stress of the gym or exercise classes and allows you to take better care of yourself at home with tailored professionally recommended workout plans. The exercises help you to take better care of yourself. People who follow their personal programme experience the ability to do more themselves, have greater freedom of movement and a reduction in the need for support.

What We Offer

1. Assessment

The training programme starts with a screen to map out your physical strength and need for support.

2. Personal Exercises

The results of the screen are used to prepare a personal programme for you. The exercises are shown in videos, which can be viewed on a tablet.

3. Exercising At Home

Twice a week you practice in your own home, together with a carer/trainer. This generally takes 20-30minutes each time. You work out in your own home.

The Program

Hilton Nursing Partners will organize assessment sand appointments with you. The training programme is tailor-made to suit your needs and capabilities.

The programme consists of 2 sessions per week, and lasts 12 weeks.
