Outstanding Service Receives Inspectors Approval
Hilton Nursing Partners has for the second time been awarded an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Inspectors rated the service Outstanding both overall and for being well-led, effective and responsive to peoples’ needs, and Good for being caring and safe.
Building on the good work of their last CQC inspection in 2018, Hilton Nursing Partners have continued to go from strength to strength in upholding everything it means to be Outstanding.
Inspectors found that people and their relatives had positive feedback about the service, stating: “We found the service continued to be exceptionally well-led. Staff and the registered manager continued to implement new systems and processes to create innovative solutions to support people to be discharged from hospital more efficiently.”
Inspectors also made special mention commending Hilton Nursing in its role as part of a working group to create an ethical recruitment system to support effective recruitment of overseas staff. This innovative approached has ensured highly qualified and trained individuals will feed into the organisation to maintain the high standards of care delivery into the future.
